Panic is one of the most common emotions that are widely and regularly experienced in everyone’s daily life. When you were caught in traffic congestion and you were about to be late for work, you will begin to feel a rush of emotion known as panic for you know that you will be scolded or punished if late. You might have cheated in your examination and when the teacher who supervised the examination process noticed something, you began to panic because if you were to get caught, there will be heavy consequences to face.
